5+ years in recruiting, ideally in marketing/advertising, services, or remote-first tech.
Experience hiring senior ICs and first-time managers, and knowing the difference.
Ability to tell a senior manager something they don’t want to hear (and they thank you).
Strong opinions about what great looks like, and you can defend them.
Love mentoring people without needing the manager title.
