📋 Description

• Own 4-6 open roles at once, incl. 2+ senior/strategic hires.
• Build trust with senior hiring managers and leadership.
• Run offer conversations solo, up to senior IC and team lead.
• Mentor 1-2 junior recruiters.
• Help shape our recruiting playbook as we scale.
• Partner with Head of Talent on leveling calls to assess seniority.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in recruiting, ideally in marketing/advertising, services, or remote tech.
• Hired senior ICs and first-time managers; you know the difference.
• Can tell senior hiring managers things they'd rather not hear.
• Strong opinions on what 'great' looks like and can defend them.
• Loves mentoring people without needing the manager title.
