🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy emphasis on scaling corporate functions
• Proven track record of partnering directly with Director-level business leaders to provide high
• Significant experience navigating the scaling challenges of a high growth, high stakes environment
• Mastery in managing complex compensation packages and the ability to close 'passive' executive
• A proven ability to thrive as an organization scales & matures; experience dealing with
• A genuine passion for Wing’s mission and the desire to build the business and commercial backbone
