🎯 Requirements

7+ years in technical recruiting, TA, HRBP, or similar
Experience supporting engineering orgs in high-growth SV/AI-first firms
Proven ability to influence executives via data, judgment, and partnership
Track record hiring software engineers, AI/ML, infrastructure leaders
Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and lifecycle mgmt
On-site five days per week in Mountain View
