Senior Talent Partner, AI & Engineering

📋 Description

• Partner with executives and senior engineering leaders on long-term talent strategy and planning.
• Influence hiring priorities, org design, succession planning, and leadership team effectiveness.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, Product, and leadership roles.
• Build trusted relationships with executive-level candidates while delivering strong candidate experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, or hybrid talent role.
• Experience supporting engineering orgs in high-growth SV tech or AI-first companies.
• Ability to influence executives through data, judgment, and business partnership.
• Track record hiring software engineers, AI/ML engineers, infrastructure engineers, or senior tech leaders.
• Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Willingness to work on-site five days per week in Mountain View.
