🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent partnership experience.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven success hiring passive talent in competitive markets.
• Strong experience using recruiting data to influence decisions.
• Experience recruiting Product Management in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare, digital health, or regulated product environments.
