Senior Talent Partner (GTM)

📋 Description

• Own full hiring lifecycle for UK GTM hires (AEs/BDRs) from sourcing to close
• Maintain high-trust relationships with GTM leadership
• Build high-quality pipeline via multi-channel outbound
• Innovate using AI to speed and improve hiring
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve hiring quality and efficiency
• Implement strategies to ensure we hire a diverse team

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced full-lifecycle recruiter, capable of end-to-end hiring in ambiguity
• Specialist in GTM talent, knows what separates strong hires
• Strong sourcer who builds outbound pipelines regularly
• Data-driven, owns a funnel, uses numbers to troubleshoot and forecast
• Advanced user of AI tools to improve hiring speed and quality
• Experience in VC-backed enterprise AI/SaaS or MEDDPICC/playbook sales preferred
