Senior Talent Partner, Product Management

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product Management from intake to close.
• Partner with Product leaders to define role scope, level, and strategy.
• Build and manage pipelines for Product Management talent.
• Use recruiting data and funnel insights to diagnose bottlenecks and improve hiring.
• Lead calibration conversations on level, compensation, or candidate profiles.
• Create an excellent candidate experience with clear communication and strong process management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent partnerships, esp. Product.
• Track record partnering with senior hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success hiring passive talent in competitive markets.
• Strong experience using recruiting data to influence decisions and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
