Senior Talent Sourcer

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing for complex, niche, or high priority roles, including hard to fill and executive
• Analyze and report on talent market trends, proactively sharing insights with TAPs and hiring
• Partner with TAPs to co-create sourcing strategies aligned to business needs. Participate in intake
• Mentor and coach junior sourcers, sharing best practices and providing feedback.
• Lead or contribute to sourcing process improvement projects (e.g., diversity sourcing, new tool
• Maintain exemplary data hygiene in ATS and sourcing trackers. Provide regular reports on pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house), with a proven record in
• Advanced proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and market intelligence
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and present talent market data.
• Experience mentoring or training junior team members is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
