Senior Talent Sourcer (Day shift) - Internal Talent Acquisition, PST, Bengaluru

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing for complex, niche, or high priority roles, including hard to fill and executive
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean, AI tools, and market
• Analyze and report on talent market trends, proactively sharing insights with TAPs and hiring
• Partner with TAPs to co-create sourcing strategies aligned to business needs
• Participate in intake meetings and, as appropriate, join hiring manager briefings to understand
• Mentor and coach junior sourcers, sharing best practices and providing feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house), with a proven record in
• Advanced proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and market intelligence
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and present talent market data
• Experience mentoring or training junior team members is a plus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
