📋 Description

• Build targeted, high-quality candidate pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles.
• Use sourcing platforms such as Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools to

• Translate job requirements into clear, accurate, and effective sourcing strategies and search

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced startup
• Deep experience sourcing candidates for technical and/or go-to-market positions.
• Strong understanding of talent automation, AI-powered sourcing, recruiting technology, and scalable
• Hands-on experience with Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related sourcing platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized, systematic approach to candidate and
• Ability to clearly translate hiring requirements into sourcing criteria and document search
