🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of top of funnel sourcing experience (Engineering)
• Proven ability to spot high quality, high craft portfolios
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging senior and niche technical talent in competitive
• A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex sourcing challenges with
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
