• 8+ years in talent acquisition, global tech with GTM focus.
• Proven experience building and scaling multi-region teams.
• Strategic partner to executives; strong stakeholder management.
• Fast-paced, high-volume hiring with quality outcomes.
• Deep sourcing knowledge and global talent networks.
• Strong data skills; able to analyze and present hiring metrics.
