🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in talent acquisition/recruitment
• Experience scaling high-performing teams across regions
• Strategic partner with strong stakeholder management
• Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and global talent
• Data-driven with ability to track and present hiring metrics
• Familiarity with US employment laws and immigration compliance
