Senior Tax Manager

📋 Description

• Own the group's tax compliance calendar across all jurisdictions, along with the income tax
• Build and run Halter's tax governance framework: risk management, controls, policies and
• Own the group's transfer pricing policy and documentation, partnering with Legal on the
• Lead the tax workstream for new market entry, from structuring and registrations through to
• Manage our external advisors worldwide and be the point of contact for tax authorities across our
• Advise the business on the tax side of employee equity, cross-border employees and remuneration

🎯 Requirements

• Significant tax experience as a trusted senior advisor in a professional services or in-house
• A tax generalist at heart, comfortable across corporate income tax, indirect tax, employment taxes
• Experience with international groups or global tax exposure, including the mechanics of operating
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of running multiple workstreams, advisors and
• Confidence engaging with senior leaders and translating technical tax positions into clear
• Experience building or materially uplifting tax governance, controls and risk frameworks.
