🎯 Requirements

8+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
4+ years in people leadership; leading technical/auto teams.
Proven SOP/standard work/operational process experience.
Strong EH&S compliance and 5S knowledge.
Extensive automotive systems, diagnostics, parts, and tools.
CAN/LIN architecture, wiring diagrams, and soldering.
