📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and grow the Rowan engineering team with high technical judgment.
• Translate Rowan's strategy into engineering plans and shipped capabilities that create value.
• Stay close to the Rowan experience: conversations, orchestration, memory, safety.
• Build agentic capabilities that perform end-to-end, reliable work.
• Drive projects to completion: unblock blockers, align stakeholders, ship quality.
• Build systems and habits to make AI dependable: evals, observability, fallbacks, recovery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping production agentic software and leading engineering teams.
• You lead engineers: set direction, coach, review designs, code when needed.
• Strong product judgment from customer need to architecture.
• Excited by AI as execution layer; value from orchestration, tools, workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM apps, agentic systems, workflow orchestration.
• High bar for quality and trust; careful not to rush customer risk.
