📋 Description

• Analyze employee data and performance
• Manage employee expectations and requests
• Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS)
• Establish and maintain culture of performance excellence within the studio
• Plan, monitor, and review subordinates' contributions
• Forecast costs and track spending to ensure budget compliance

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years managing supervisors or first-time managers
• 2+ years applying Lean and Six Sigma to studio operations
• Casino environment experience preferred but not required
• Experience managing 100+ employees with significant entry-level staff
• Proven track record of quality improvements in related industry
