📋 Description

• Translate business vision into precise technical requirements for the North American Seeds Routes
• Work across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce CRM (SFDC), web CMS platforms, and Google
• Bring risks and recommendations back to stakeholders in a way that builds trust
• Produce clear, actionable documentation: user stories, data mapping, process flows, business rules

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in IT business analysis, with strong experience in digital marketing environments
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: SFMC, SFDC, web CMS, GA4
• Background in software development
• Solid agile skills: backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives
• Ability to produce clear, actionable documentation: user stories, data mapping, process flows
• Fluent English — written and spoken
