📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop software engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration
• Drive the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions while promoting engineering best
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to align technical initiatives with business
• Support architectural discussions and guide teams toward sustainable, reusable, and scalable
• Balance feature delivery with technical debt reduction to maintain long-term product quality and
• Optimize team processes, remove delivery obstacles, and continuously improve engineering workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience leading software engineering teams or serving as a technical leader
• Strong background in software engineering with experience designing and delivering scalable
• Hands-on knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD
• Experience using engineering performance metrics, such as DORA Metrics, to drive continuous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize initiatives, and balance business
