📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles
• Source and engage senior technical talent across backend, frontend, QA, infrastructure, data, and
• Partner with engineering/product leaders on hiring priorities and profiles
• Build targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• Screen for technical depth, problem-solving, and behavioral signals
• Run structured interview processes with quality candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle, in-house technical recruiting experience
• Proven track record recruiting engineers and technical professionals
• Strong literacy discussing distributed systems, backend, cloud infra, and AI tooling
• Manage complete lifecycle: sourcing, assessment, stakeholder mgmt, closing
• Strong hiring judgment for technical and behavioral signals
• Excellent sourcing and engagement for senior, competitive talent
