📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle, in-house technical recruiting.
• Proven track record recruiting engineers/technical professionals.
• Strong literacy in distributed systems, backend, cloud infra, AI tooling.
• Experience managing complete lifecycle: sourcing, assessment, stakeholder mgmt, closing.
• Strong hiring judgment, evaluating technical and behavioral indicators.
• Excellent sourcing and engagement for senior talent.
