Senior Tech TA Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles
• Source and engage senior technical talent across backend, frontend, QA, infra, data, and product
• Partner with engineering/product leaders to define needs and profiles
• Build sourcing strategies and pipelines for current/future needs
• Screen for technical depth, problem-solving, and behavioral signals
• Run structured interviews with high-quality candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle in-house tech recruiting
• Proven track record hiring engineers/technical professionals
• Strong technical literacy: distributed systems, cloud infra, AI tooling
• Experience managing full lifecycle: sourcing, assessment, closing
• Strong hiring judgment and candidate engagement for senior talent
• Data-driven, funnel metrics to guide decisions
