Senior Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own post-sales tech relationship for up to 3 strategic enterprise accounts.
• Be the named technical owner; coordinate with VP of Engineering.
• Lead post-incident triage; 4-hour response for P1/P2 escalations.
• Drive proactive strategy, cost optimization, and architectural guidance.
• Scope and orchestrate broader engagements (FDE, PS); you coordinate.
• Hybrid role: 3 days/week in SF, NYC, or Austin.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing tech roles at platform/infrastructure dev-tools
• Deep production experience with Next.js and the Vercel platform
• Proven ability to coordinate across orgs without formal authority
• Strong written communication for executive/incident contexts
• Comfortable with senior tech leadership and 4-8 travel/year
• Willing to transition customer relationships from colleagues
