  • Coordinate cross-functional technical projects and timelines.
  • Liaise between GTM, Solutions Engineering, and Product on requirements and onboarding timelines.
  • Create and maintain project plans with milestones and critical paths.
  • Facilitate communication between Account Management and Product; track actions and escalations.
  • Ensure technical deliverables (documentation, integrations, testing) are completed on time.
  • Drive onboarding to adoption and value realization for enterprise customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Principal Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, or TAM for a SaaS company.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, support, GTM, product).
