Senior Technical Account Manager (EMEA)

📋 Description

• Lead strategic vision for high-value enterprise accounts, driving adoption and growth.
• Represent the customer to product and engineering; prioritise roadmap feedback.
• Conduct platform health assessments; apply best practices for Dockerfiles and CI/CD.
• Guide customers on AI-assisted workflows and governance, align AI with platform strategy.
• Architect and execute complex adoption plans addressing tech and business challenges.
• Lead Strategic Business Reviews; show ROI and value to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role managing enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on expertise in containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud-native.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy across multiple complex accounts.
• Strong executive presence; experience with C-level and VP relationships.
• Bonus: experience building/forming a TAM program.
