• Lead onboarding, adoption, and enablement with cross-functional teams to ensure value.
• Manage account health: adoption, engagement, risk, and renewal planning.
• Map business needs to scalable ClickUp solutions: workflows, templates, and automations.
• Drive AI enablement and automation: define AI automations and track usage.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of ClickUp platform, automations, integrations, and AI Agents.
• AI-native: prompt design, agentic workflows; experience with Claude, n8n, Make.com.
• Consultative discovery, workflow analysis, and mapping needs to ClickUp.
• Project & Program Management: manage complex customer programs with stakeholders and deadlines.
• Data & Reporting: dashboards/metrics to communicate health and ROI; interpret usage data.
• Customer Engagement & Ownership: executive presence; cross-functional collaboration.
