Senior Technical Accountant

📋 Description

• Own technical accounting areas: SBC, stock-based comp, equity mods, intangibles, leases.
• Own month-end close for tech accounting areas: calculations, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, tie-out, disclosures.
• Research and document accounting positions for complex transactions and new standards.
• Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional partners for walkthroughs and timely reporting.
• Identify process improvements and support internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years public accounting (Big Four preferred) with technical accounting and reporting.
• Active CPA license and fluency in US GAAP.
• Translate complex accounting issues into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of private and public company reporting standards.
• Experience preparing financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Cross-functional collaboration and effective communication.
