Senior Technical Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Research complex transactions and provide strategic advice
• Draft high-quality accounting memos and analyses
• Evaluate and operationalize accounting for complex, non-routine transactions, including equity
• Review accounting for material lease transactions and non-routine revenue arrangements
• Lead accounting and valuation of M&A transactions and strategic investments
• Perform goodwill, long-lived asset and indefinite-lived intangible asset impairment analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and active CPA license
• 8+ years of progressive technical accounting experience under U.S. GAAP
• Public company experience including SEC reporting and SOX 404 internal controls
• Prior Big 4 audit or transaction advisory experience, or equivalent in-house role
• Experience leading accounting for financing and M&A transactions
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate valuation methodologies
