Senior Technical Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Draft high-quality accounting memos and analyses to support management’s conclusions and obtain
• Evaluate and operationalize the accounting for complex, non-routine transactions.
• Review the accounting for material lease transactions.
• Review non-routine or unusual revenue arrangements.
• Lead the accounting and valuation of M&A transactions and strategic investments.
• Perform goodwill, long-lived asset and indefinite-lived intangible asset impairment analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field and an active CPA license
• 8+ years of progressive technical accounting experience under U.S. GAAP
• Public company experience, including SEC reporting and SOX 404 internal controls
• Prior Big 4 audit or transaction advisory experience, or equivalent in-house role
• Experience leading the accounting for financing and M&A transactions
• Strong analytical skills
