📋 Description

Own end-to-end customer implementation engagements from onboarding to go live
Design and implement technical solutions including SDK and API integrations
Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business and technical goals
Monitor progress and resolve project or technical roadblocks
Act as technical conduit between Braze and customer product/engineering teams
Advocate customer use cases and stay current on Braze platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-5 years in customer-facing implementations, technical consulting, or customer success
Strong project management skills with technical depth in APIs/SDKs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, or HTML
Comfortable building with AI tools
