Senior Technical Architect

📋 Description

• Own the execution of customer implementation engagements end to end, from onboarding through go live
• Design and implement technical solutions, including SDK and API integrations
• Manage timeline, scope, and stakeholder alignment for a project
• Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business and technical goals
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve roadblocks
• Act as the technical conduit between Braze and the customer's product and engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5 years in a similar customer facing role
• Strong project management skills
• Genuine technical depth in APIs, SDKs, or related integration work
• Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
