Senior Technical Architect

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements from onboarding to go live
• Design and implement technical solutions including SDK and API integrations
• Manage timeline, scope, and stakeholder alignment for projects
• Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business and technical goals
• Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and act as technical conduit between Braze and customer teams
• Document technical requirements and integration details for smooth handoff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 2 to 5 years in a customer-facing role in implementations, technical consulting, or customer success
• Strong project management skills and technical depth in APIs, SDKs, or integrations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with technical concepts like SaaS, Mobile, APIs, and Marketing Automation
• Comfortable building with AI tools to accelerate workstreams
