Senior Technical Architect, CX

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or
• Create efficient data architectures with custom objects, fields, relationships, validation rules
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform while ensuring optimal system
• Work closely with project teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce projects.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and API interface.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce’s declarative features such as workflows, process builders
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred).
• Knowledge of data migration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze complex requirements and provide
