📋 Description

  • Lead stakeholder discovery via interviews and workshops.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of BA experience delivering technology projects that shipped software.
  • Enterprise technology project experience beyond operations analysis/PMO.
  • Proven Agile/Scrum delivery; backlog owned in Azure DevOps or Jira; grooming sessions.
  • Experience contributing to sprint planning, refinement, retros, and delivery follow-up.
  • Proficient with Azure DevOps (epics, features, user stories, bugs, test cases, sprint boards, queries).
  • Experience with AI or automation (GenAI/Now Assist, Power Automate) with measurable outcomes.
