Senior Technical Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead gathering, analysis, and validation of business/technical requirements
• Define solution requirements with clients and technical teams
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Create and maintain clear technical, functional, and user-facing docs
• Develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria; support UAT
• Track requirements, actions, decisions, risks using Jira and Confluence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 6 years of related BA/TA or software delivery experience
• Technical background with React, Node.js, and GitHub
• Experience with AWS cloud tools
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
