Senior Technical Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner directly with product owners and business users to uncover, clarify, analyze, and document
• Translate business needs and technical findings into clear user stories, workflow diagrams
• Analyze API-driven integrations, including request and response flows, to understand how backend
• Review SQL queries to identify data inputs, relationships, and expected outputs, while writing
• Independently research existing functionality across Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub, and live
• Collaborate closely with developers to resolve technical ambiguity and continuously update tickets
