Senior Technical Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Build and sustain relationships with customers to drive opportunities.
• Engage with DoD and federal offices to shape requirements and position solutions.
• Lead the capture lifecycle from identification to award; develop capture strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Identify strategic partnerships and joint ventures to grow in priority markets.
• Travel domestically up to 30% for engagement and opportunity shaping.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. government security clearance eligibility or active SECRET/TOP SECRET.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• 4-6 years in acquisition processes (BAAs, OTAs, IDIQ, etc).
• Strong wireless and networking knowledge: Open RAN 5G/6G, tactical comms, RF.
• Lead complex capture efforts with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication; able to influence stakeholders and proficient in MS Office/Project and CRM.
