📋 Description

• Manage and execute on implementations & projects for customers, including AI-enabled solution
• Perform detailed discovery with customers around their CRM usage and translate that to Outreach
• Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on Outreach technologies and AI features for internal and
• Partner with Program & Project Managers, Professional Services Consultants, Trainers, and
• Explore client processes and distill information from multiple sources to inform complex
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Technical Consultant - you have 4-5 years of experience working in a SaaS consulting
• Technical Aptitude - You have a history of mastering new technologies and technical skills quickly
• AI-Curious & Adaptable - You stay current on AI-enabled tools and workflows, pick up new AI
• Consultant & Trusted Advisor - You have the ability to discover the “how” and “why” of proposed
• Strategic Problem Solver - You have a history of collaborating with teammates and enterprise level
• Exceptional Communication Skills - You have experience successfully collaborating with client
