Senior Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Engage with customers post-sales to develop solutions on the Appian platform.
• Lead end-to-end projects: design, develop, and implement AI solutions.
• Work in an agile environment; design data models and APIs; integrate systems.
• Brainstorm AI use cases and apply Appian AI tools (RAG, workflows, prompts).
• Collaborate with client teams to drive adoption and self-sufficient apps.
• Based at HQ in McLean, VA; in-person 4–5 days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software development or technical consulting.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, CS, IS, Math or related field.
• Willingness to travel 20% or less annually.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving; passion for tech.
• Agile experience: pair programming, stand-ups, planning, sprints.
• Basic OOP, SQL, relational DBs; REST/SOAP APIs; JDBC.
