📋 Description

• Engage with customers post-sales to develop software on the Appian platform.
• Define, design, develop, and implement custom software and AI solutions.
• Drive agile delivery: build data models, APIs, and integrations.
• Apply Appian AI tools, including RAG and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with client teams to drive adoption and self-sufficiency.
• Support customers across the project lifecycle to transform operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on software development or technical consulting.
• BS/BA in Engineering, CS, IS, Math, or related field.
• Willing to travel up to 20% annually.
• OOP fundamentals; relational databases; SQL.
• API integrations: REST, SOAP; JDBC; web services; AWS/Google Cloud familiarity.
• Agile methods; TDD; CI; cross-functional collaboration.
