📋 Description

• Post-sales, engage with customers to develop solutions on Appian.
• Lead full project life-cycle: design, build, implement apps and AI solutions.
• Work in agile teams; model data; create APIs for integration.
• Apply Appian AI tools: RAG, agentic workflows, prompts.
• Collaborate with client teams to drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on software development or technical consulting
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, CS, IS, Math or related field
• Willing to travel up to 20% annually
• Mentoring and leading small post-sale teams
• Define business and technical requirements with clients
• Experience with agile methodologies (pair programming, stand-ups, sprints)
