📋 Description

• Engage with customers post-sales to develop Appian solutions.
• Lead project lifecycle to design, build, and implement AI solutions.
• Develop APIs and relational data models; integrate with systems.
• Collaborate with client teams to drive adoption of self-sufficient apps.
• Brainstorm AI use cases using Appian tools like RAG and prompts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with hands-on software development or technical consulting
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, CS, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field
• Willingness to travel; 20% or less annually
• Mentoring and leading small post-sale implementation teams
• Experience gathering requirements and defining business/technical needs
• Excellent communication, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
