📋 Description

• Engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on Appian.
• Lead the lifecycle to design, develop and implement custom software and AI solutions.
• Work in an agile environment to design data models and APIs to integrate systems.
• Brainstorm AI use cases and apply Appian AI tools (RAG, agentic workflows).
• Collaborate with client tech teams and business users to drive adoption of apps.

• Mentoring and leading small post-sale software teams.
• Define business processes with clients and gather requirements.
• Excellent communication, passion for tech, and continuous learning.
• Cross-functional success; Agile methodologies (pair programming, standups, sprints).
• Basic OO programming; relational DB design; SQL skills.
• Testing practices and API integrations (REST/SOAP); AWS, AI, Analytics, ML.
