📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and clearly communicate solution designs
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, project expectations
• Manage day-to-day technical customer interactions and support the resolution of escalations.
• Understand campaign requirements including subscriber audiences, program frequency
• Drive hands-on technical implementation across Salesforce Marketing Cloud studios and products.
• Design and deliver scalable Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with customer business and growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including platforms such as
• Strong expertise building dynamic HTML emails, templates, landing pages, and reusable content
• Experience with mobile-first HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Familiarity with PSD-to-HTML conversion.
• Knowledge of Agentforce Marketing is advantageous.
