Senior Technical Consultant - Modern Apps

📋 Description

• Lead hands-on development across greenfield and brownfield apps
• Write, review, debug, production-grade code across modern stacks
• Guide junior consultants through code reviews and onboarding
• Extend AI-driven development across SDLC and tooling
• Produce architectures and high-level designs when needed
• Extend to anti-patterns, patterns in apps, APIs, and cloud-native systems

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least two of Java, C#, JavaScript, Python
• Strong React.js and Next.js development experience
• Ability to design, write, debug, and review complex code
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery
• Mentoring junior engineers and leading code reviews
• Experience with Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools
