Senior Technical Consultant - Network Security Operations

📋 Description

• Design and deploy ExtraHop sensor architectures across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Configure packetstores for retention, performance, and compliance with sizing for high throughput.
• Create custom detections and bundles for client environments.
• Develop dashboards in Reveal(x) translating wire data to SOC workflows.
• Build and maintain REST API integrations with SIEM, SOAR, ticketing, and CMDB.
• Conduct network visibility assessments to identify blind spots and gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years with ExtraHop Reveal(x) or similar NDR in production.
• Experience deploying and administering ExtraHop Reveal(x) Enterprise or Reveal(x) 360.
• Experience deploying and tuning sensors, recordstores, and packetstores with sizing and retention.
• Strong wire data analysis: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS/SSL decryption.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Python for automation.
• Working knowledge of a major SIEM (Splunk, XSIAM, CrowdStrike) with ExtraHop integration.
