🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations
• Proven technical leadership and influential experience leading project teams, negotiating complex
• Prior experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated
• Applied change management expertise, with a track record of driving client adoption when migrating
• Mentorship experience, with a demonstrated background in coaching and developing junior consultants
• Problem-solving agility and strong analytical skills, paired with fluent written and spoken English
