Senior Technical Consultant - ServiceNow ITAM

📋 Description

• Lead ServiceNow ITAM implementations (HAM/SAM).
• Configure asset lifecycle: procurement, receiving, inventory, transfer, disposal.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into ITAM solutions.
• Design integrations with procurement tools, SCCM, Intune, JAMF.
• Ensure CMDB alignment and accurate asset data; license compliance.
• Develop ITAM workflows, rules, scripts, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot ITAM/ServiceNow issues; support multiple modules.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Deep ITAM expertise: HAM, SAM, asset governance, integrations.
• Strong ITSM, CMDB experience; exposure to other modules.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs (mandatory).
• Asset lifecycle management and governance (mandatory).
• Strong scripting with JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-HAM, or CIS-SAM preferred.
