• Health of Karat's technical interview content and metrics.
• Define metrics and improve signals for fair, reliable outcomes.
• Leverage AI solutions to analyze and iterate on content.
• Identify issues and drive corrective actions from diagnosis to resolution.
• Collaborate with Content Development and Architect teams to prevent repeat issues.
• Monitor business and content indicators and escalate trends to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics/strategy with ownership of outcomes.
• Experience with modern AI tools (Claude, GPT) for data analysis and AI automation.
• Proven success in data-driven strategy at scale; strong SQL; Redshift a plus.
• Fluency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Metabase) and communicating insights.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Executive-level communication; English proficiency required.
